MASONITE GLASS
More Light. More Comfort. Less Energy.
As the leader in both innovation and trend, Masonite has invested in new state-of-the-art automated high-speed warm-edge spacer assembly lines that put Masonite Glass at the forefront of the door lite industry. Warm-edge flexible spacers have been shown to have up to nine times the life expectancy of traditional metal insulating glass systems available on the market today. They expand and contract and always return to their original shape, protecting against stress cracks that can lead to seal failure.
WARM-EDGE FLEXIBLE SPACERS = LESS SEAL FAILURES
FULL-METAL SPACERS
VS.
Warm-Edge Flexible Spacer Flexible spacers can move as glass bows inward or outward, resulting in a reduction of seal failures when compared to metal spacers.
Full-Metal Spacer Metal spacers are rigid and seal stress can result in seal failure.
